Final Sale Policy
Once goods are sold, they are considered a final sale. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for exchange only within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to product condition and availability.
Dispatch Policy
Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
GST Compliance
We deal only with GST-registered customers. Providing a valid GST number is mandatory for billing and invoicing. Orders without GST details may not be processed.

Payment Policy
Full payment must be made in advance.
